1. Introduction

This Refund & Credit Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms and conditions governing refunds, credit usage, and cancellations for purchases made via the Siftr Solutions platform, including subscription services, on-demand purchases, and fixed-term contracts.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all customers of Siftr Solutions Inc. using:

  • On-Demand Credit Purchases
  • Monthly Recurring Subscriptions
  • Fixed-Term Contracts

3. General Terms

  • All credits purchased or allocated under any payment model are non-refundable.
  • Unused credits may roll over depending on the purchase model as outlined below.
  • Canceling a subscription or contract does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused credits or time remaining in the billing cycle.

4. Purchase Models and Specific Terms

4.1 On-Demand Credit Purchases

  • Usage: Credits may be purchased at any time and used until exhausted.
  • Top-Up: Customers may top up credits via additional purchases.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Unused credits from on-demand purchases are non-refundable.
    • Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.
  • Cancellation: Not applicable; on-demand credits are purchased one-time.

4.2 Monthly Recurring Subscription (Subscription Credits)

  • Usage: Credits are allocated monthly based on the selected plan.
  • Rollover:
    • Unused credits automatically roll over to the next month.
    • Rollover credits are retained as long as the subscription remains active.
  • Refund Policy:
    • Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.
    • Unused credits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation:
    • Subscription cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • Cancellation does not trigger a refund for unused credits or partial months.

4.3 Fixed-Term Contracts

  • Usage: Credits are allocated monthly as per contract terms.
  • Rollover:
    • Unused credits roll over monthly within the contract term.
    • Credits must be used within the agreed fixed term.
    • Refund Policy:
      • Fixed-term contract payments are non-refundable.
      • Unused credits are non-refundable.
    • Contract Commitment:
      • Early termination requires payment of the remaining balance for the full fixed term.
      • No pro-rata refunds are issued for unused months or credits.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at Siftr Solutions Inc.’s sole discretion only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate billing due to a system error.
  • Legal or regulatory requirement mandating refund.
  • Other exceptional cases evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request Refund Consideration

  • Include:
    • Account email and transaction details.
    • Reason for the request.
    • Supporting documentation if applicable.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

7. Policy Changes

Siftr Solutions Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Updates will be published on the platform with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
